Regional immunosuppression and associated systemic markers in focally relapsed sarcomatoid mesothelioma: case report

<p>A 52-year-old man presented with sarcomatoid diffuse pleural mesothelioma that had relapsed at an isolated site after a complete response to dual-immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI).
